Ancient Spanish Monastery
Discover this hidden gem in North Miami Beach. Originally built in Spain in 1141, the monastery was occupied by Cistercian monks for almost 700 years. Nearly 30 years later, Miami developers began the arduous task of reassembling the monastery on the site where it still stands today.
